Our garments are produced entirely within our in-house manufacturing facility in Bali. From cutting and construction to finishing and quality control, every stage of production is carefully managed by our experienced team.

We offer both CMT manufacturing for brands supplying their own materials and patterns, as well as full-package manufacturing where we oversee the entire production process. This integrated approach ensures consistency, transparency, and the highest standards of craftsmanship across every order.

Beyond garment production, we provide the operational support required to move collections smoothly from development to delivery. Our team manages key logistical elements that ensure materials, components, and finished garments flow efficiently throughout the production process.

Trend Studio Bali is KITE-certified in Indonesia, allowing us to import fabrics and trims internationally while maintaining compliance with local regulations. We also assist brands in developing thoughtful packaging solutions that align with both brand identity and sustainability goals.

How We Work

Production Lead Time

Production begins after sample approval, material confirmation, size grading approval, order confirmation, and deposit payment.

90 days — New orders

3–6 weeks — Reorders (materials in stock)

Expedited timelines must be agreed upon during development.

Production Minimum

Our standard production minimum is 150 units per style, determined in alignment with our seasonal production capacity. This approach allows our team to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and production efficiency while supporting thoughtful, responsible manufacturing.

Development Lead Time

Proto samples: 3–6 weeksTiming varies based on design complexity, material availability, technical specifications, and scope of development.

Sourcing & Importation

Global fabric and trim sourcing through trusted vendors. Licensed and KITE-certified in Indonesia for importation of raw materials.

Pricing

All pricing is discussed upon inquiry.

Each project is individually scoped.

Payment Terms

Full Package: 50% deposit / 50% balance prior to shipment

CMT: 30% deposit / 70% balance prior to shipment

Deposits are applied on the date payment is received.
